Will I be charged a deposit when I book?

Each reservation must be confirmed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The card’s expiration date must be after your scheduled departure date. At the time of booking, a deposit of $50.00 per room per night will be charged to the credit card. The remaining balance for your stay is due upon check-out. What is Winter Clove Inn’s cancellation policy?

Being a smaller family-owned resort, cancellations have a significant impact on our business. Therefore, if you need to cancel your reservation, or make any changes to the number of nights, number of rooms, or number of guests you must do so at least two weeks (14 days) before your arrival date. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of their deposit. What time is check-in and check-out at Winter Clove Inn?

Check-in is 3:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM. Guests arriving before the 3:00PM check-in time are welcome to enjoy the grounds and amenities after registering with the front desk, but we cannot guarantee you access to the room before 3:00PM. On your day of departure, you are welcome to stay on site and use the amenities after vacating your room. Complimentary early check-in and late check-out are offered when availability allows but cannot be guaranteed.
